Restrictions Lifted on Suhua
Regular service has returned to the Suhua Highway, the only road between Suao and Hualien. Restrictions were lifted on Wednesday morning at 5 o’clock, opening the area along the 115.8-kilometer mark to two-traffic and all types of vehicles. But for safety reasons, large passenger and transport vehicles must adhere to a 25-kilometer per hour speed limit in construction zones.
