不滿菲律賓公務船射殺台灣漁民，台大PTT網友日前對菲律賓「鍵盤開戰」。
但今天，菲律賓駭客也還以顏色，總統府證實，早上9:17，發現網站遭到來自菲律賓的攻擊，包括總統府、國防部、海巡署和經濟部網站都被駭客癱瘓，下午一點鐘才排除。

An internet message board associated with National Taiwan University was a platform for citizens to express their dissatisfaction with the killing of a local fisherman at the hands of Philippine authorities. Few thought it would escalate into cyber warfare.
At 9:17 this morning, the Presidential Office confirmed that hackers from the Philippines attacked its website, resulting in a denial of service disruption. The cyber attack also affected other government agencies such as the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Coast Guard Administration. All websites returned to normal service at one o'clock in the afternoon.
