馬願意出庭
北檢立案調查檢察總長黃世銘，涉嫌洩密一案，計畫約談馬總統以證人身分到案說明，馬總統今天接受電台專訪，表示完全配合，還強調和檢察總長黃世銘的談話內容，時間和地點等相關細節，也願意對質來釐清。
馬總統接受電台專訪，面對北檢調查檢察總長黃世銘，在偵結王金平涉嫌替立委柯建銘關說前，兩度與他會面商討，涉嫌觸犯洩密罪，自己將以證人身分，遭到約談，他不會迴避。

“我願意配合，不管什麼樣方式，我都願意配合”
他也不斷強調，當時是黃世銘跟他掛保證，一切合法。

“他(黃世銘)跟我說明，這個案子原來是以刑案來進行偵查，所以有進行監聽，也得到法官核發監聽票，但是後到來並沒有發現任何刑事犯罪的證據，所以實際上變成了一個，行政不法的調查，而不是刑事的調查，所以就不涉及到，偵查不公開的洩密問題，他跟我講了好幾次”
這不是他第一次強調是黃世銘說合法，讓外界抨擊出身法學博士的馬英九，怎會不懂法，現在只是要把可能違法的責任，都推給黃世銘。
President says he will fulfill requests made by prosecutors into alleged leaking case (2013/10/02)
President Ma Ying-jeou took to the airwaves today to say he is fully willing to cooperate into an investigation involving alleged leaks by the nation’s lead prosecutor. Ma could be questioned by prosecutors who suspect Huang Shyh-ming illegally leaked information to him about possible wrongful lobbying by the legislative speaker.
Today, it was a radio interview for President Ma, though soon it could be a date with Taipei prosecutors. Ma answered questions regarding alleged leaks by Prosecutor-General Huang Shyh-ming. Twice Huang met with Ma to discuss how Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng allegedly meddled in the court case of a fellow lawmaker. This could make Ma witness to a crime, and Ma says he is ready to help prosecutors uncover the truth.

He (Huang Shyh-ming) told me that this was originally a criminal case so wiretapping took place and court warrants were obtained. But, after they did not uncover evidence of criminal wrongdoing, it became a case of administrative irregularities. Because it was no longer a criminal case, Huang repeatedly told me that discussion of the case did not violate the principal of confidentiality.
Earlier, Ma also said that it was Huang who told him their talks were legal. Then and now, critics slammed this approach by asking how a president who is also a lawyer could try to deflect responsibility for legal knowledge.
