約談胖達人
檢調偵辦胖達人衍生的炒股疑雲，在今天兵分四路搜索包括小S帝寶住處、基因國際公司。為了釐清是否有人放空股票從中套利，檢方一口氣約談股東之一的小S丈夫許雅鈞、公公許慶祥，與基因國際董事長徐洵平夫婦人到案。而基因股價，也因搜索消息盤中重創，收盤跌停重挫5.9元。
捲入香精風暴的胖達人，風波未了。這回不只母公司基因國際，基因董事長徐洵平、姜麗芬夫妻，股東之一的小S丈夫許雅鈞、與小S公公許慶祥，也必須到案說明。
連藝人小S仁愛路帝寶住處，也遭到檢調搜索。
香精事件爆發後，徐洵平夫婦不只一次在鏡頭前，鞠躬道歉，不過，檢調卻查出案外案，懷疑有人放空股票、坑殺投資人。
因為公司最大股東，董娘姜麗芬，今年5月到8月間，一口氣申讓兩千多張股票，套現上億元。基因股價更在過去一年，出現大起大落的異常現象。
檢方懷疑徐洵平夫妻，涉嫌在股價高點出脫股票，要徹查是否涉及炒股套利。
基因股價今天開低走低，收盤重挫5.9元，以79.8元作收，跌了4%。
Prosecutors question owners, investors in embattled bakery chain (2013/10/02)
Top Pot Bakery is continuing its remarkable run of scandal. Today prosecutors called in the parent company and major shareholders such as entertainer Little S’s husband on suspicion of stock manipulation.
After being embroiled in a controversy over false claims of using all-natural ingredients, Top Pot parent company chairman Hsu Hsun-pin and his wife Chiang Li-fen, entertainer Little S and her husband Hsu Ya-chun, and Hsu’s father Hsu Ching-hsiang have all been summoned for questioning
Even Little-S’s luxury residence at Renai Road’s The Palace was searched for evidence.
After news broke that the bakery misrepresented its products as all-natural, Hsu Hsun-pin and his wife bowed and apologized in front of the camera. But prosecutors believed there was more to the case, suspecting these shareholders were shorting stocks and deceiving investors.
The company's largest shareholder is Chiang Li-fen, and from May to August of this year, she sold off more than two thousand lots of stock worth upwards of NT$100 million. Shares of Genome International Biomedical over the past year also experienced suspicious swings in value.
Prosecutors suspect Hsu Hsun-pin and his wife artificially inflated the value of the company and then quickly sold off shares. They are searching for signs of stock manipulation.
Genome International Biomedical shares opened lower today and continued falling. At close they had dropped 4 percent to finish at NT$79.8 at the end of trade.
