立法院明天將表決行政院提出的地政士法覆議案，不滿法案內容「兩套標準」，地政士代表號召3000位地政士，明天下午到立法院外靜坐抗議。
部份地政士質疑，該法規定地政士進行房屋實價登錄時，必須登記房價、房屋格局等19項，若有失誤，連限期改正機會都沒有，就要挨罰最高15萬，反觀屋主自行登記，卻有更正機會，非常不合理。

Tomorrow, the Legislature will meet to consider a Cabinet-backed plan to void part of a controversial amendment to the Land Administration Agent Act. Some 3,000 land agents are planning a sit-in protest at the Legislature tomorrow, worried that the action may create a dangerous double standard.
Land agents worry that voiding an amendment will require them to register housing prices and 19 other types of information without the possibility of correcting their reported information. If the amendment is voided, any information they report that is in error could potentially result in a maximum fine of NT$150,000. However, if property owners self- register, they are able to correct and modify such information. Land agents believe that voiding the amendment will unfairly discriminate against them and create a double standard.
