新北市八里的柚子聞名全台，但柚子不是只有果肉可以食用，美麗的白色花朵也可以入菜、提煉精油。

市府和當地業者結合舉辦柚子節，要讓民眾從三月開始到八里泡柚花溫泉、吃柚香雞腿，讓民眾享受一連串好玩又好吃的柚子行程。

To encourage more people to visit the area and try this popular fruit, the city government is cooperating with local merchants to hold pomelo-themed activities. Everything from pomelo-scented hot springs to pomelo-infused foods is available.
