Ebola Puts the World on Edge

The growing Ebola epidemic has world governments in a state of panic and people everywhere on edge. In March of 2014, the World Health Organization (WHO) reported that the latest outbreak of Ebola had been traced back to a two-year old child in Guinea, who died in December of 2013. Since then, the virus has spread to the neighboring nations of Liberia and Sierra Leone, and there have even been a few reported cases in the United States and Spain. As of October 2014, there were more than 10,000 reported cases of Ebola and nearly 5,000 deaths. The WHO, however, believes the actual numbers are much higher.
