林義雄禁食第七天，體力瀕臨潰堤邊緣，從宜蘭祭祖返回義光教會後，待了一個多小時，就決定前往台大醫院調養身體，但志工透露，這不代表禁食行動中斷，有支持者見到林義雄為了反核變得這麼虛弱，忍不住落淚。

前民進黨主席林義雄為反核四禁食進入第7天，上午他首度步出教會，返回宜蘭祭祖。

下午回到義光教會後，林義雄需要攙扶才走得動，可見體力已來到臨界點。
在下午三點多，林義雄在志工陪同下，再度走出教會，決定赴台大醫院就醫。

支持者看到72歲的林義雄臉色糾結痛苦，非常捨不得，當場痛哭。

A hunger strike by former DPP Chairman Lin Yi-hsiung is among several factors that contributed to concessions from the KMT toward the Fourth Nuclear Power Plant. Monday was the seventh day of Lin’s strike. Visibly weakened, Lin left the protest site to get treatment at National Taiwan University Hospital. 

For the first time since the start of his hunger strike one week earlier, Lin Yi-hsiung left the church where he has been staying to pray to his ancestors in Yilan.

In the afternoon, upon returning to Gikong Church, Lin needed help to walk. His energy all but gone, at 3 pm Lin left the church again to head to National Taiwan University Hospital.

Mr. Lin gives the utmost thanks to everyone for the attention and hard work they have put into watching over him. Mr. Lin has gone to the hospital for treatment. Once his physical condition has improved, he will formally offer thanks to everyone.

Supporters cried upon seeing the 72-year-old Lin.

At the hospital Lin received treatment, including an IV, and underwent examinations.
