New Zealand will ramp up defence spending under a major military overhaul unveiled Monday, pouring billions of dollars into missiles, cyber security and drones.

Births in France fell last year to their lowest annual number since the end of World War II in 1945, the national statistics bureau said on Tuesday.

Music streaming site Deezer said Friday that one in 10 tracks uploaded to the streaming service each day is either fake or just noise created by artificial intelligence programmes.
