Modern Scotland is a place of many amazing features. Edinburgh, Scotland's second largest city and also the capital, plays host to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every August. Over the month, hundreds of art shows and theater productions are put on, and people from all over the world perform or come to check it out. Another interesting thing to do in Scotland is to visit the Isle of Skye. Here, people can walk 2.4 kilometers along some fairy pools, which are beautiful, crystal clear pools of water.
