On Saturday, the UK publication The Sun published a story claiming that Prince William is the "world’s sexiest bald man" based on a survey conducted by Longevita, a cosmetics surgery company that provides hair transplants.

Thailand’s Mana Srivate has performed dozens of resuscitation attempts in his 26 years as a rescue worker, but never before on an elephant struck by a motorcycle while crossing a road.

Mana gave two-handed compressions to the elephant lying on its side as colleagues a few meters away treat a dazed and injured motorcycle rider.

"I assumed where an elephant heart would be located based on human theory and a video clip I saw online. When the baby elephant started to move, I almost cried." he said.

Knife-wielding men who stole hundreds of toilet rolls during panic-buying shortages in the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic in Hong Kong were jailed for more than three years on Thursday.

The three were each sentenced to 40 months in prison over the armed robbery in February last year in which some 600 toilet rolls were taken, Mingpao newspaper reported.

Archaeologists in northern Peru have identified a 3,200-year-old mural painted on the side of an ancient adobe temple that is thought to depict a zoomorphic, knife-wielding spider god associated with rain and fertility.

When the coronavirus began racing around the globe last spring, Katie Ledecky couldn’t find a swimming pool for training and saw her competition schedule wiped clean through the summer and beyond.

China is increasing its defense spending by 6.8%, a slight uptick from last year, amid high government debt and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic impact.

White-faced saki monkeys at Korkeasaari Zoo of Finland have shown a "significant" preference for traffic sounds over jungle noises, researchers have found.
研究員發現，芬蘭赫爾辛基動物園的白面狐尾猴，相較於叢林聲響，對交通聲音表現出「顯著的」偏好。
A tunnel fitted with sensors was installed in a monkey enclosure. This allowed the monkeys to choose whether they listened to a playlist of traffic noises, nature and falling rain - or a choice of either zen music and dance music.
猴園內設有一個配置感應器的地道，猴子可從播放清單中選擇要聽交通噪音、自然聲響和雨聲，或禪修音樂、舞蹈音樂等。
Dr. Ilyena Hirskyj-Douglas said："We thought they would enjoy more calming sounds, such as zen music, but actually they triggered the traffic sounds more."
