◎I’ll get you another bowl right away. 我馬上幫您換一碗新的湯。
當顧客不滿意餐點,或是食物裡有髒東西時,在這種情形下,要如何用英文表示會盡快處理或更換餐點呢?以下列舉類似用法:
.I’ll get you another bowl of + 食物 + free of charge. (我免費替您換 1 碗……食物。)
※free of charge 免費
.I’ll get you a new/different bowl of + 食物.(我另外換1碗……食物給您。)
.Would you like to change your order? (您想要換點別的餐點嗎?)
.Let me fix that for you. (讓我來幫您處理。)
例:Customer: Waiter! There is a cockroach in my noodles! (顧客:服務生!我的麵裡有 1 隻蟑螂!)
Waiter: I’m really sorry. Can I get you a different dish? (服務生:真的很對不起。我可以換新的給您嗎?
