當顧客不滿意餐點，或是食物裡有髒東西時，在這種情形下，要如何用英文表示會盡快處理或更換餐點呢？以下列舉類似用法：
．I’ll get you another bowl of + 食物 + free of charge. （我免費替您換 1 碗……食物。）
※free of charge 免費
．I’ll get you a new/different bowl of + 食物.（我另外換1碗……食物給您。）
．Would you like to change your order? （您想要換點別的餐點嗎？）
．Let me fix that for you. （讓我來幫您處理。）
例：Customer: Waiter! There is a cockroach in my noodles! （顧客：服務生！我的麵裡有 1 隻蟑螂！）
