洪案抗告成
洪仲丘案，542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正和上士范佐憲，軍高院二度裁定交保，軍高檢二次提出抗告，在軍審法修正案生效移交一般法院審理後，台灣高等法院今天撤銷何江忠等三人交保裁定，發回桃園地院更裁，第三度羈押最快下周一召開。
何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲交保裁定，軍檢的二次抗告成功。
高院撤銷交保，發回桃園地院，理由是認為何江忠在案發後有召集徐信正、范佐憲，教導回答軍檢的技巧，似乎有串証事實。
另外范佐憲8月3日交保後曾返回542旅，辯稱是拿私人物品，高院質疑難道沒有其他方法？
可議的還有，何江忠交保後申請易付卡手機，高院認為行事可疑。
軍審法新制上路，洪案第三次羈押庭最快將在８月19日由桃園地院召開。
3rd bail hearing for trio of suspects in dead soldier case to take place (2013/08/16)
Military prosecutors have successfully appealed the granting of bail to three suspects in the death of Army Corporal Hung Chung-chiu. A third bail hearing, to take place as early as next week, will be the first for the trio in a civilian court.
The appeal affects Colonel Ho Chiang-chung, Major Hsu Shin-cheng and Staff Sergeant Fan Tso-hsien.
The decision by the High Court sends the trio to Taoyuan District Court for another hearing. In granting the appeal, the court cited how Colonel Ho had gathered the other two for a meeting in which they practiced answering questions. This raises serious suspicion of collusion.
Also, Staff Sergeant Fan returned to the 542 Brigade after being released, a violation of his bail restrictions. Fan says he was retrieving personal belongings; the High Court suspects an ulterior motive.
The High Court also finds it suspicious that Colonel Ho applied for a pre-paid phone card after receiving bail.
Revisions of the Code of Court Martial Procedure sent the case to Taoyuan District Court. The third bail hearing for these three suspects will take place on Monday at the earliest.
