熱低壓警報

今天早上八點，在台灣東方250公里海面上，出現了新的熱帶性低氣壓，由於它非常靠近台灣，加上週遭環境水氣多，熱低壓隨時都有可能成第12號颱風"潭美"。

一旦形成颱風，氣象局隨時都會發布警報。但就算沒有形成，熱低壓也可能在未來三四天，為北部東半部帶來明顯豪雨。

Another Tropical Storm? (2013/08/16)

A tropical depression formed at eight o'clock this morning, 250 kilometers off the coast of eastern Taiwan. This weather system mixing with water vapor has the potential to become the 12th tropical storm of the year, Trami. 

Should the low pressure system become a tropical storm, the Central Weather Bureau would likely issue an alert. Even if it doesn’t strengthen to tropical storm status, the system is likely to bring significant rainfall to northern and eastern parts of Taiwan over the next three to four days.
