這場辯論會，台大醫師柯文哲以排定了宜蘭行程為由缺席，被前副總統呂秀蓮諷為落跑醫生，落跑市長，柯文哲不以為然。

柯文哲表示他在第一線打拼，怎麼會是落跑，並強調他不是不會辯論，而是應該集中火力砲口對外。

Ko Wen-je, a surgeon at National Taiwan University Hospital, and an independent candidate in the Taipei mayoral election was absent for today’s televised debate. He was attending another function in Yilan today, though this did not prevent former vice-president Annette Lu from labeling him a runaway doctor and potentially a runaway mayor.

Ko Wen-je disagreed with Lu’s comments, saying he was working hard and campaigning on the front lines. He added that he isn’t the type of person who avoids debates, as he simply believes the DPP should keep contentious debate within the party.

第二場在野台北市長辯論會,加入參選人相互詰問設計,即席問答火花四射,許添財質疑顧立雄憑什麼參選,顧立雄以失敗者來回嗆許添財。此外，這回辯論不只姚文智準備道具,顧立雄逢光遠也有備而來。

如果我們今天放任一些莫名其妙的媒體，莫名其妙的一些媒體人，繼續污染我們的民主，我覺得如果台灣的媒體，在這樣的狀態下面的話，台灣的民主永無寧日。

五位參加辯論的參選人.不只言詞交鋒,顧立雄跟姚文智甚至還準備道具輔助。辯論同時，還進行你最支持誰當台北市長的語音民調,許添財以第一名領先,姚文智居次,呂秀蓮第三。

Opposition candidates seeking the DPP’s bid to run for Taipei mayor were given the opportunity to cross examine each other today in the second televised debate. The result was some heated debate ranging from professional qualifications to some candidates who prepared special visual aids. 

The first question posed in a round where candidates were able to cross-examine one another saw Hsu Tain-tsair fire a direct question at Wellington Koo.

While Koo mocked Hsu in his comments, Annette Lu questioned independent candidate, Neil Peng, about his relationship with the media.

The media is acting in advance of political parties, and already announcing what candidates they prefer for each party, which is going too far. And regarding opinion polls they don’t have enough experience nor credibility or transparency. Almost everyone can create an opinion poll.

If our media continues to act in an irresponsible fashion, they will begin to pollute our democracy, and if the media continue to pollute our democracy they will create no peace for our democracy.

While five candidates participated in today’s televised debate, two candidates, Wellington Koo and Pasuya Yao, sought fit to bring some props to help them better explain their position. And, according to a telephone poll conducted today, Hsu Tain-tsair was the leading candidate followed by Pasuya Yao, and Annette Lu in third place.

在野黨台北市長參選人，今天舉行第二場的電視辯論會，雖然醫師柯文哲沒有參加，不過在野整合還是成為焦點，前副總統呂秀蓮，一開口就痛批柯文哲，不敢參加辯論，台北市不能有"落跑"市長，至於未來是不是要以民調來做整合，候選人有不同看法。

在野候選人各有堅持，整合依然沒有答案。A second televised debate for candidates seeking to gain the DPP’s nomination to run for Taipei mayor. Five candidates took part in the event, including author and independent candidate, Neil Peng. Candidates took aim at one another, as well as one independent candidate, Ko Wen-je, who was absent from the debate, though has been wildly trumpeted as a candidate for integration into the party.

Five opposition candidates appeared in a second televised debate today, though much of the focus may have been centered around candidate and National Taiwan University Hospital doctor, Ko Wen-je, who did not take part in today’s debate.

I would like to welcome Mr. Neil Peng to join our debate, but we still have one missing doctor who has a history of such actions as I hope that in the Taipei mayoral election, we won’t choose a mayor who is similarly absent.

To win Taipei’s mayoral election, many believe the DPP will need to integrate with other independent candidates. A DPP election strategy committee has decided to include many candidates, including those from outside the party in the polls, as this may mean a higher probability of the party deciding to integrate outside candidates.

When you discuss public opinion polls, (don’t forget that panda cub) Yuanzai has high opinion polls, but this doesn’t mean she should be considered for integration. If Yuanzai is our candidate, she just might be elected. 

At the conclusion of today’s debate, it still wasn’t clear if the party would implement a mechanism into integrate a candidate from outside the party.

王建民今天第三度在熱身賽登板，他以後援投手身份在第六局上場，主投兩局沒有失分，而且伸卡球再度發威，總共製造五個滾地球出局，只被擊出一支安打，王建民主投時，隊友還攻下超前分，也讓王建民因此拿下勝投，終場紅人隊以七比六擊敗運動家。

李振昌終結

效力印地安人的李振昌，今天他在第九球上場終結比賽，李振昌面對首名打者，就投出保送，接著又被打出一支安打，面對一二壘有人的局面，李振昌讓對手打出內野滾地球，看就是一個雙殺，雖然游擊手發生失誤，但他不受影響，終場印地安人以3:2擊敗小熊，李振昌拿下第二次救援成功。

His sinker proved effective as he induced five ground outs and surrendered just one hit. Lee Gets Save
C. C. Lee continued to be effective for the Cleveland Indians. He entered in the ninth inning and gave up a walk and a hit then created what should have been a double play. An error allowed the Chicago Cubs to load the bases, but Lee maintained his composure. He steered the Indians to a 3-2 victory and earned his second save of spring.

Using marine aquaculture wastewater to raise red algae requires only about half a month before it is ready to harvest. While relatively high investments are needed, risks are lower than traditional aquaculture methods.
