第二場在野台北市長辯論會,加入參選人相互詰問設計,即席問答火花四射,許添財質疑顧立雄憑什麼參選,顧立雄以失敗者來回嗆許添財。此外，這回辯論不只姚文智準備道具,顧立雄逢光遠也有備而來。

交叉詰問第一題,許添財麻辣提問顧立雄。

顧立雄用失敗者一詞回嗆許添財，而呂秀蓮這段媒體影響參選人民調提問,丟給媒體出身的馮光遠。

我們看媒體搶先政黨，在宣布它們屬意的兩黨候選人，這樣子媒體有沒有撈過界，大家都以民調來講，可是這樣的民調沒有經過檢驗，沒有公信力，沒有透明情況，每一個人都可以製造民調。

如果我們今天放任一些莫名其妙的媒體，莫名其妙的一些媒體人，繼續污染我們的民主，我覺得如果台灣的媒體，在這樣的狀態下面的話，台灣的民主永無寧日。

五位參加辯論的參選人.不只言詞交鋒,顧立雄跟姚文智甚至還準備道具輔助。辯論同時，還進行你最支持誰當台北市長的語音民調,許添財以第一名領先,姚文智居次,呂秀蓮第三。

Opposition candidates seeking the DPP’s bid to run for Taipei mayor were given the opportunity to cross examine each other today in the second televised debate. The result was some heated debate ranging from professional qualifications to some candidates who prepared special visual aids. 

The first question posed in a round where candidates were able to cross-examine one another saw Hsu Tain-tsair fire a direct question at Wellington Koo.

If you are still asking your opponent what qualifications they have then everyone will think that you are a loser.

While Koo mocked Hsu in his comments, Annette Lu questioned independent candidate, Neil Peng, about his relationship with the media.

The media is acting in advance of political parties, and already announcing what candidates they prefer for each party, which is going too far. And regarding opinion polls they don’t have enough experience nor credibility or transparency. Almost everyone can create an opinion poll.

If our media continues to act in an irresponsible fashion, they will begin to pollute our democracy, and if the media continue to pollute our democracy they will create no peace for our democracy.

While five candidates participated in today’s televised debate, two candidates, Wellington Koo and Pasuya Yao, sought fit to bring some props to help them better explain their position. And, according to a telephone poll conducted today, Hsu Tain-tsair was the leading candidate followed by Pasuya Yao, and Annette Lu in third place.
