Officials at Brigham Young University-Idaho are warning students against intentionally contracting Covid-19 in order to sell plasma that contains antibodies, despite no evidence such schemes are actually underway.

The university said Monday it was "deeply troubled by accounts of individuals who have intentionally exposed themselves" to the disease in order to make some money.

Amazon has announced a new payment system for real-world shops which uses a simple wave of the hand.

The world has lost nearly 100 million hectares of forests in two decades, marking a steady decline though at a slower pace than before, a UN agency reported Tuesday.

Just over half of young adult Americans live with their parents, an unprecedented proportion that is doubtless linked to the coronavirus but also reflects a deeper trend, researchers said Friday.

But his actions were soon challenged by a citizen, referred to anonymously in court documents, who said Stoney was acting outside his authority, and a lower court put Stoney’s action on hold to permit the citizen to weigh in on the case.
