軍檢署約談
洪仲丘關禁閉身亡，軍事檢察署持續展開偵查動作。一上午約談已遭收押的副旅長、上士范佐憲、士官長陳以人等關鍵被告。還有這幾天在媒體爆料，也是洪仲丘的軍中同袍劉烜揚。
洪仲丘同梯，這兩天頻頻上電視受訪的劉烜揚，遭到軍檢署以證人身分約談。

同樣被以證人身分約談的，還有542旅政戰主任戴家有。
Prosecutors interrogate witnesses in death of Army conscript Hung Chung-chiu (2013/07/17)
To unravel what transpired when Corporal Hung Chung-chiu died earlier this month, military prosecutors continued questioning suspects and witnesses on Wednesday. They have already detained one in the case and listed several others as suspects.
Over the past two days, Corporal Liu Hsuan-yang, one of Hung Chung-chiu’s fellow conscripts, has been a mainstay in the news. On Wednesday he found himself interviewed by military prosecutors, who consider him to be a witness.

Also interviewed as a witness was the 542 Armor Brigade commander, Dai Jya-yo.
Among those questioned as suspects was military doctor Lu Meng-ying, who instead of providing emergency care ordered that Hung be sent to hospital. The Defense Ministry may pursue a wrongful death charge against Lu, who did not give a response. However, the Taiwan Medical Association stepped forward to defend his actions.

The doctor who arrived on the scene found the patient in a critical condition. He did not have the tools to treat the patient. Sending the patient to hospital was the correct action.
Military prosecutors have questioned at least 10 people, including Deputy Brigade Commander Ho Chiang-chung, Company Commander Hsu Hsin-cheng, and Staff Sergeant, Fan Tso-hsien and Warrant Officer Chen Yi-ren
被以被告身分約談的，則有當時沒有救治洪仲丘，主張送醫的軍醫呂孟穎，傳出國防部擬以業務過失致死罪嫌移送法辦，呂孟穎低調，醫師公會則是出面聲援。

這一次軍高檢大動作約談傳喚的至少10人，還包括被告副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲、士官長陳以人。
