天秤最新

天秤颱風離開台灣後，在海面重組轉向，再度增強為中颱。受到強度颱風布拉萬拉扯，氣象局上午11點半，二度發佈海警。

根據路徑研判，回頭的天秤不排除中心會再次登陸恆春半島，不排除明天清晨會發陸上警報，預估暴風圈橫掃南台灣的時間點，可能會落在週二這天。

Typhoon Tembin Returns

After leaving Taiwan, Typhoon Tembin has increased in intensity and made a dramatic turn, pulled by nearby Typhoon Bolaven. The Central Weather Bureau is expecting Tembin to return to Taiwan, and at 11:30AM it issued another sea warning. 

The potential track area of Typhoon Tembin could potentially see the eye of the storm revisiting the Hengchun Peninsula with a possible land warning being issued early tomorrow morning. The storm center could sweep through southern Taiwan and linger until Tuesday.
