禁閉室模擬
陸軍下士洪仲丘命案，案發第25天，軍檢署會同家屬重返269旅禁閉室，實地模擬6小時，也重返國軍新竹醫院，模擬勘查洪仲丘在醫院體檢的過程。
今天軍檢署找來家屬，及當時在場的人包括戒護士、禁閉生、醫官等，重返禁閉室做實地模擬。

我們把當時在練場上面所發生的事，所有的細節做一次現場模擬，洪仲丘不適倒地之後，到送到救護車上面，整個流程還有施救流程，做一個現場模擬。
此外，軍檢署也在找來士官長陳以人，與一名尤姓排長，重返國軍新竹醫院，模擬當時洪仲丘在醫院體檢的過程，確認陳以人與范佐憲，為何能在短短半天時間，取得體檢報告。

不只軍檢大動作偵查，桃園地檢署就家屬提告滅證部分，借提在押被告范佐憲。
Military investigators reenact hospital, brig scenes in dead soldier case (2013/07/28)
Investigating the suspicious death of Hung Chung-chiu, military prosecutors conducted simulations today at the brigade detention center where the corporal was locked up, and the hospital where he received a health check. Many of the officers and soldiers who were present during Hung’s time in the brig attended, as did family members of the victim.
Corrections sergeants, soldiers who had been locked away with Hung and health officials joined the brig simulation. The proceedings were watched by family members of the victim.

We conducted an on-site simulation of everything that happened in the training area, down to the last detail, says Tsao Chin-sheng, the chief military prosecutor. We also simulated the procedures and first aid administered between Hung Chung-chiu’s collapse and his departure by ambulance.
Another simulation that took place at Hsin Chu Armed Force Hospital involved Sergeant Major Chen Yi-jen and a unit leader surnamed You. They reenacted Hung’s health exam prior to being sent to the brig. A key question was how Chen and Staff Sergeant Fan Tso-hsien obtained the health report in just half a day.

There was probably a procedural problem that day, says Chen’s lawyer Liu Heng-ching. They came that morning to find whom they needed to speak to and how they could obtain the health report.
After the victim’s family launched a suit over destroyed evidence, Taoyuan district prosecutors joined the investigation. Today they questioned Fan, who is in detention.
