部長級誰談

中斷了六年的南北韓高層會談，後天終於要在首爾登場。雙方昨天先派出代表，敲定會談的細節，只是經過幾輪磋商，兩韓對於出席人選和會談議題，還是有歧見，接下來還要由板門店的連絡官、繼續協商。

在板門店和平之家這場工作會，經過十七小時、數輪的磋商，在十號凌晨結束。雙方確定12日首爾登場的會議，正式定名為【南北韓當局會談】。

南韓先前已經透露、將由統一部長柳吉在擔任首席代表，並表達希望北朝鮮派出相同層級的統一戰線部長金養建出席，但北朝鮮並沒有表態。對於會談議題，兩邊也僵持不下。

“開城工業區正常化，金剛山旅遊重啟，和離散家庭團聚等人道議題，都將在會談中討論”

北朝鮮希望在上述議題之外，再討論兩韓合辦六一五共同宣言的紀念活動，但遭到南韓反對。至於南韓想談的核議題，可能也不會列入這次會談的重點。

High-level government officials from North, South Korea to meet on Wednesday (2013/06/10)

The two Koreas will engage in their highest-level talks in five years starting Wednesday. Discussion will center on reopening a joint industrial complex on the north side of the border. 

Several rounds of negotiations spread over 17 hours at Freedom House, on the South Korean side of Panmunjom, ended early Monday morning. The two sides agreed to hold official talks beginning Wednesday.

橋斷上班日

上週六基隆市中山橋人行陸橋塌陷，今天是事故後的第一個上班日。

雖然市府在汽機車行走的橋面，用護欄隔出通道，讓民眾通行，但因天雨通道積水，民眾被迫繞路，得跟汽機車爭道險象環生。市府決定將花5百萬元，以3個月時間建構鋼型便橋因應。

Walking Hazard (2013/06/10)

Today was the first day of work after the collapse of a pedestrian overpass in Keelung. 

The city closed the remaining sections of the overpass, sending pedestrians into an adjacent roadway where barricades created a separate lane. But rain flooded the lane, forcing the pedestrians into a traffic-filled road. Relief may not arrive for another three months when a NT$5 million temporary steel bridge is complete.

UBIKE爬山

台北市很多人喜歡騎UBIKE代步，不過竟然人把UBIKE騎上武嶺！新北市一名車友，為了幫自己慶生，騎著UBIKE一路從台中朝馬，騎上台灣公路最高點武嶺，總共127公里，讓不少車友直呼太強了，但也有人罵太扯，要是騎壞了下個使用者豈不是很倒楣。

畫面中穿著黑色衣服的羅姓車友，騎上武嶺的這台腳踏車，就是台北市公共自行車"U-bike"。

羅姓車友從台北公館，把車運到台中後，就從朝馬沿著台14公路，一口氣騎了127公里，成功騎上公路最高點武嶺。

UBIKE設計短程用，不僅重量達17公斤，而且只有三段變速，和一般專門拿來騎山路用的單車，6到7公斤，段速20以上，但羅先生把這張攻頂照片PO上網，也引起討論。

就怕下個使用者，騎到"使用過度"的單車，未來，台北市政府考慮修改費率，避免類似的爭議再發生。

yclist takes U-bike on trip into Nantou mountains (2013/06/10)

A cyclist put a U-bike to the test, taking it over more than a hundred kilometers of mountain roads to reach Taiwan’s highest highway elevation. Many people were impressed, but not the Taipei government. It expressed concern that the hard riding could have damaged the shared public bike. 

Dressed in black is Deo Lo, a cyclist who rode this Taipei City U-bike all the way to Wuling.

Lo rented the bike in Taipei’s Gongguan then had it delivered to Taichung’s Chao-ma area. Then he began riding on Highway 14, traveling 127 kilometers to reach Wuling, the highest point in Taiwan’s highway system.

御皇水無效

普華國際公司販售的「御皇水」淨水器，號稱所產製的鹼性水飲用後可中和血酸及排毒，且喝出不同口感代表不同生理狀況。經媒體踢爆後, 普華公司坦言這種療效是沒有科學依據的，全是依據飲用民眾的經驗說法。

業者倒出一杯鹼性水，宣稱有添加鈣離子，因此看起來白色混濁。

心血管有問題的話通常喝起來會有一點微酸，如果肝功能不好，喝起來會是苦的。
那如果像一般上班族女孩子，他腎臟如果比較不好，他喝起來會有一點點腥味。

業者還當場做起實驗，拿起電解棒插進鹼性水和一般自來水，想證明鹼性水的純淨。但專業醫師認為，鹼性水對人體沒有太大幫助。

其實喝鹼性水不盡然對我們身體健康有幫助，水的味道代表什麼病，這是沒有醫學根據的。

這種淨水器印有大同公司的商標，而大同公司卻表示雙方已無合作關係。

Local manufacturer exposed for touting unverified health benefits of water ionizer (2013/06/10)

A local company that cooperated with Tatung to produce a water purifier is under fire for making false health claims. Pu Hua International had said the ionizing functions of its device could increase water’s detoxifying effects and even let consumers diagnose illnesses. When pressed, however, the company admitted its claims were based on consumer experiences and had no scientific evidence. 

According to the vendor, this cloudy white glass of alkaline water has special properties.

If you have cardiovascular problems this will taste a little sour. If you have problems with your liver it will be a little bitter. And if you are the typical female worker with poor kidney function, the water could have a strong odor.

貧富差距大

台灣貧富差距持續惡化，根據財政部最新統計，2011年收入最高的5%家庭，平均年所得高達463.5萬。

但最窮的只有4.8萬，差距高達96倍，再創歷史新高！

Wealth Gap Grows (2013/06/10)

Taiwan’s wealth gap continues to grow. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Finance, the average annual salary of the top 5 percent of households was over NT$4.6 million in 2011. 

That was a record 96 times higher than the bottom 5 percent, which had an annual salary of NT$48,000.
