別以為購買知名店家的麵包就比較安心。根據調查,有的只要吃兩片土司,鈉含量就接近一餐的量,還有麵包店的甜甜圈熱量超高。麵包中隱藏哪些健康危機,營養師告訴你。
法國麵包,波蘿還有吐司,各式各樣的麵包看起來可口,卻隱藏著健康危機。

雜誌社針對五家知名連鎖麵包店的麵包做大體檢。其中聖瑪莉土司,只要吃兩片,鈉攝取量就接近高標。山崎的甜甜圈熱量最高,吃多易造成肥胖和高血壓。

營養師建議選麵包時,不要挑太鮮艷、太香。還有挑體積大重量輕的麵包,就可降低吃下色素,香料和膨鬆劑的風險。

A recent survey reveals that eating just two slices of white bread could contain the same amount of sodium as a regular meal. Nutritionists also warn that other bakery products such as donuts are packed with calories.
These French breads, pineapple buns and slices of white break look delicious but may be bad for your health.

Our survey of different types of bread led us to discover that the sodium content of toast is quite high.
A magazine also tested five well known bakery chains. It found that consuming just two pieces of Sun Merry’s sliced white bread is almost the equivalent of the daily recommended sodium intake. And Yamazaki’s donuts are packed with calories, easily leading to obesity and hypertension.

For example, soft breads like pineapple buns and croissants are loaded with oil.
Nutritionists recommend choosing bread that does not appear bleached or high in seasoning. Another safer bet is bread that is bulky but light. Choices such as these can help consumers avoid artificial coloring, flavoring and leavening agents.
