北檢傳喚馬
特偵組在偵結王金平疑似關說案之前，先向總統馬英九報告，總長黃世銘被告涉嫌洩密，偵辦的台北地檢署研擬以證人身分傳喚總統馬英九到案說明，釐清案情。北檢已經向總統府聯繫，確認馬總統的時間，再正式對馬英九發出傳票，出庭時間最快會在本周四。
不排除約談總統，北檢要釐清在9月5日特偵組偵結立法院長王金平替立法委員柯建銘關說之前，總長黃世銘連續兩天面見馬英九，兩人談了什麼。

事實上，傳喚總統出庭作證，馬英九並不是第一例。
2004年1月，前總統陳水扁到花蓮出庭，創下司法首例，檢察官李子春當時還遭到批評，傳喚總統驚世駭俗。
總統府方面也表示，尊重司法機關，只要有約談就會出庭
Prosecutors may question president as a witness in case against prosecutor-general (2013/10/01)
Taipei district prosecutors are considering questioning President Ma Ying-jeou as a witness in a case involving alleged information leaks. Prosecutors suspect that the head of the Special Investigation Division, Huang Shih-ming, leaked information on a case against Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng to the president.
Before wrapping up its investigation last month into alleged lobbying by Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng, for two days straight Prosecutor-General Huang Shih-ming reported to President Ma Ying-jeou. The Taipei District Court wants to know exactly what the two talked about, and it hasn’t ruled out summoning the president for questioning.

He was the one told confidential information. Perhaps the president giving an explanation during questioning can provide an opportunity for people to see that he didn’t know anything or that he didn’t give any orders.
Ma would not be the first president called in as a witness.
In January 2004, former President Chen Shui-bian testified in a Hualien court. It was a scene that led to fierce criticism of the prosecutor, Lee Tsu-chun.
This time, the Presidential Office simply said that it respects the judiciary and Ma will testify if asked.
