內閣年後第一波改組異動出爐，行政院副秘書長簡太郎轉任政務委員。行政院發言人鄭麗文辭職，投入媒體工作，遺缺將由現任公平會副主委孫立群接任。
說聲謝謝，行政院發言人鄭麗文找到了新工作，確定下台一鞠躬。

“我還是非常非常地捨不得行政院，因為長官非常地愛護，然後同仁相處得非常好，不過因為對方很有誠意地找我談，我昨天就正式地跟院長請辭”
鄭麗文棄政轉媒，準備去當主持人，接棒的是他，公平會副主委孫立群。

“公平會的發言人，完全跟政治沒有關係，所以發言是相對地輕鬆，到了行政院以後，事實上所有的事件，不管我們怎麼講，大概各界都會帶一些政治的色彩，來看發言，所以那個部份，對我來說會是比較大的挑戰”
而這波內閣改組，還包括了政務委員黃光男請辭，將由行政院副秘書長簡太郎轉任。
New Cabinet spokesperson, Sun Li-chyun, is formally announced to the public (2014/02/07)
The first Cabinet reshuffle of the Lunar New Year has been announced. The most important change includes the resignation of Cabinet spokesperson, Cheng Li-wun, who will be replaced by Sun Li-chyun, the current Vice Chairman of the Fair Trade Commission.
After a brief thank you, Cabinet spokesperson Cheng Li-wun announced she had found another job and needed to resign from her past duties.

I am very sad to leave the Cabinet as many ministers looked after me and I got along very well with my colleagues, but because others were sincere in recruiting me, I officially submitted my resignation to the president yesterday.
Cheng is leaving the political arena to work as a TV host, and replacing her will be Sun Li-chyun, Vice Chairman of the Fair Trade Commission.

A spokesman for the Fair Trade Commission has no relationship with politics so its relatively easy to perform this role. But moving to the Cabinet, where one has to work on a range of issues, and how to respond will be a challenge, as many believe comments will be colored by political influences. In this regard, I believe that it will be a bigger challenge to serve in this new role of spokesperson.
This recent cabinet reshuffle also includes minor changes such as the resignation of Minister without Portfolio Huang Kuang-nan who will be replaced by Chien Tai-lang the former Executive Yuan Deputy Secretary General.
