房貸利率升

配合政府打房，國內各大銀行，先後宣告要緊縮房貸放款政策。

各大銀行從貸款成數和利率下手，利率從2%起跳，以貸款千萬來說，每個月要多繳1千5000元；貸款成數最高只有7成5。不過，房貸戶抱怨，對抑制房價幫助不高。

Mortgage Regulations Tighten (2014/06)

To facilitate the government's efforts to curb housing prices, major banks in Taiwan have announced a stricter joint housing loan policy.

Most banks start with an interest rate at 2 percent. For a loan of NT$10 million, the additional payment is NT$1,500 every month. Banks also want to cap the loan amount to not exceed 75 percent of housing value. But for some prospective homeowners, these new measures may only have a limited effect in curbing property prices.
