經建會主委管中閔年初曾預期，今年可望達到「黃金交叉」的經濟目標。不過他在接受本台「新聞觀測站」節目專訪時坦言，這個目標今年不可能達成；他也說，GDP「保2」還有機會，但要先解決食安問題、恢復內需。而面對高科技產業發展受挫，管中閔認為，台灣未來的希望就在提振「中堅企業」。

面對國內「悶經濟」的感受，管中閔說，台灣現在需要的是調整產業結構，提高產業附加價值，並且提出「中堅企業」的概念。

管中閔還表示，藉由製造高價的東西，可以看到台灣的工廠工人起薪，有所成長。

Based on current data, if our exports return to levels prior to the last two quarters, I think it’s possible. But there’s a precondition: consumer spending must continue. In other words, following the food safety problem, public confidence needs to be quickly restored. Consumer spending is the most important factor in our GDP growth.

One of Taiwan’s greatest challenges is the anemic global economy. Kuan listed government visions that he believes could be a prescription. He focused on developing high-potential, small and medium-sized enterprises.

There are reforms we must undertake when it comes to the economy. We have to change the industrial structure and bring more added-value to industry so we can give life to the economy. If backbone enterprises become more common in Taiwan and we raise our importance in the international supply chain, our businesses will improve.

大統坦承違法在油品添加銅葉綠素後，衛福部追查銅葉綠素的進口名單，發現金鎬貿易，在最近三年共進口1200公斤的銅葉綠素鈉，分別賣給五家下游廠商，目前確定五木拉麵確定違法添加。

把水煮滾，丟進拉麵，煮個三分鐘就可以加入調味包。

這是市佔率約6成的五木拉麵，沒想到竟然違法添加銅葉綠素鈉，即日起下架停賣。老字號的興霖食品中鏢，喊冤自己被上游廠商金鎬貿易公司騙了。

“長期以來，我們買的叫做天然葉綠素的東西，那在11月4號的時候，金鎬貿易公司他們來跟我們講說，他要來改標籤，那他標籤上面寫的就是銅葉綠素鈉，我們當下就把這個貨給退還，對我們商譽的損失，提出法律上的追訴”

至於同樣是金鎬貿易公司下游的佳格食品，根據衛福部調查，業者將銅葉綠素鈉，添加在麥片裡面，屬於合法添加。

Among the violations uncovered in the edible oil scandal is the addition of coloring agent copper chlorophyllin. Officials tracked imports of the additive and discovered that 1,200 kilograms of a related agent were purchased by Chin Haoo Trading Co. They have already found that Chin Haoo illegally added the chemical to the popular Wu-Mu ramen noodles. 

After just three minutes of cooking, add a flavor packet and these noodles are ready to serve.

The Wu-Mu brand has a 60 percent share of the instant ramen noodle market, though it now faces a recall after its products were found to contain sodium copper chlorophyllin, an unauthorized additive. Sing-Lin Foods Corporation, the company behind Wu-Mu noodles, placed blame on an upstream supplier, Chin Haoo Trading Co.

For years we have purchased natural chlorophyll. On Nov. 4, Chin Haoo Trading Co. told us that they wanted to change labels to say sodium copper chlorophyllin. We immediately returned product they delivered to us and then took legal action for damaging our reputation.

Quaker is another downstream company of Chin Haoo Trading. Its products also contain sodium copper chlorophyllin, but the Ministry of Health and Welfare says the additive is allowed in the oat products Quaker sells.

我國向美軍採購的阿帕契攻擊直升機，今天上午在台南歸仁基地正式亮相！這款堪稱「國軍最強直升機」，兼具強大的偵蒐和戰鬥能力，陸軍計畫處長吳天安就說，解放軍最新的武裝直升機「直-10」根本不能比！

AH-64E長弓阿帕契攻擊直升機，在AH-1W眼鏡蛇攻擊直升機、OH-58D戰蒐直升機領航下，返抵台南歸仁基地。

阿帕契隨即進行左右側飛性能展示，以及機頭下方的30公厘機砲演練。這款我國斥資超過600億採購的攻擊直升機，最高時速293公里，巡航時速265公里，作戰半徑可達480公里，配備的飛彈，能摧毀敵直升機以及戰甲車。

軍方認為相較於中國的武直-10攻擊直升機，有明顯的優勢。

我國向美軍採購的30架阿帕契，將在年底前全數歸國，預計明年成軍，未來將在龍潭成立兩個攻擊營。

One of the first batch of AH-64E Apaches delivered to Taiwan was formally unveiled on Thursday. The most advanced Apache on the market, the AH-64E has strong surveillance and combat capabilities, and Taiwan’s military believes it is more than a match for China’s latest WZ-10 chopper. 

The AH-64E Apache helicopter made its official debut this morning. It drew applause after returning to Tainan Air Force Base behind an AH-1W SuperCobra and OH-58D Kiowa helicopters.

The Apache demonstrated its ability to fly laterally and showed off its 30mm cannon under the fuselage. Taiwan bought 30 of the helicopters for more than NT$60 billion.

The helicopter has a maximum speed of 293 kph, a cruising speed of 265 kph, and a combat radius of 480 kilometers, and its missiles can destroy enemy helicopters and armored vehicles. 

Taiwan thinks the Apache AH64E has a clear edge over China’s new WZ-10 combat helicopter.

Its payload, its ammunition capacity, its firing range and accuracy, and armor piercing capabilities are all superior to those of China’s WZ-10.

Delivery of the 30 Apache AH-64Es bought from the United States is expected to be completed by the middle of next year. They will form two combat divisions at an air base in Longtan, Taoyuan County.

台北榮總日前研究顯示，深海魚含重金屬汞，食用過多恐有害健康，引發漁民抱怨，國民兩黨立委，今天率同宜蘭漁民，召開記者會怒批榮總報告武斷，因為報告研究依據，只是憑藉一名女童自出生後天天三餐都吃深海魚，立委質疑，飲食不均衡怎麼能夠跟深海魚含重金屬混為一談。

台北榮總日前發布一名三歲女童的個案，發現三餐都吃深海魚，導致體內重金屬汞含量超標，導致於女童發展遲緩。

民進黨立委陳歐珀，和國民黨立委林國正，率同宜蘭漁民代表，帶來滿滿一桌新鮮魚貨，為台灣漁產安全掛保證。

Recently, doctors at Taipei Veterans General Hospital published research results showing the dangers of eating deep sea fish. They focused on a 3-year-old girl who from a very young age ate fish for virtually every meal. Her mercury levels exceeded recommended values, and she had developmental disabilities. 

Today, Yilan fishing representatives joined DPP Legislator Chen Ou-po and KMT Legislator Lin Kuo-cheng. In front of a table filled with seafood, they guaranteed the safety of deep sea fish.

Research from one of Japan’s best-known academic institutions in the area of mercury studies found no link between consumption of deep sea fish and health problems. The study from Taipei Veterans Hospital was too subjective.

The study had an impact on demand and prices for deep sea fish. Fishermen were already dealing with high fuel prices and say the combination has caused their monthly income to fall by about half. The director of Taipei Veterans General Hospital’s toxicology department sought to ease concerns.

We discovered that they had unusual eating habits. Personally, I love to eat fish, and I want to let everyone know that there’s nothing wrong with deep sea fish. But everyone needs to remember to have a balanced diet.

同樣是用銅葉綠素納，加在泡麵裡是違法，加在麥片裡不違法，為何會有這樣的差別？

由於銅葉綠素納遇到高溫，就會把裡面的銅釋放出來，醫生表示，會造成神經系統病變、肝功能變壞、甚至有一些溶血性貧血。

Consumers may wonder why sodium copper chlorophyllin is banned in instant noodles but permitted in oat products. 

A doctor we asked said that when exposed to high temperatures, the chemical can release copper, a toxin that affects the nervous system, liver and red blood cells.

頂新旗下味全食用油，被衛福部查出有21款油使用大統黑心油，昨天北檢傳喚味全董事長魏應充、總經理張教華在內被告、證人共六人，經北檢漏夜複訊，魏應充、張教華以詐欺、違反食品法等罪，分別1000萬和500萬交保，並限制出境。

結束漏夜複訊，凌晨6點半，被列被告的味全董事長魏應充滿臉疲憊地步出北檢。

衛福部查出頂新代工味全食用油，21款油品使用大統長基黑心油，卻對外界隱匿向大統長基買油長達19天，檢方不排除將再傳喚頂新製油主要股東魏應州、魏應交、魏應行，加以釐清案情。

The chairman of Wei Chuan Foods could face formal charges after his company sold adulterated oils under the Wei Chuan brand. Prosecutors suspect Wei Yin-chun of committing fraud and violating other laws. He was released on NT$10 million bail after being questioned overnight. 

After being grilled by prosecutors throughout the night, the visibly tired Wei Chuan chairman left the Taipei District Prosecutors Office at 6:30 this morning.

Wei was released on NT$10 million bail after being listed as a potential defendant for fraud, Food Sanitation Act violations, and false product labeling. Wei Chuan President Chang Chiao-hua may also face similar charges and was released on NT$5 million bail.

Late last week, health authorities found that 21 Wei Chuan brand oils had used adulterated oils made by Chang Chi Foodstuff, the company at the heart of Taiwan’s edible oils scandal. Wei Chuan hid that connection for 19 days after the scandal first broke. Prosecutors may also question the major shareholders of Ting Hsin Oil & Fat, the Wei Chuan affiliate that produced the Wei Chuan brand oil.

剛剛奪下國際傳統射箭比賽第一名的蒙古第一勇士孟虎，昨天來台與我國奧運射箭國手林佳恩大對決，不過孟虎這一趟來台，除了技術交流外，最重要的是要和製作弓箭的師傅見面。因為他手上的弓箭，就是出自台灣人之手。而這位弓師本來還是為半導體工程師。

奧運射箭國手林佳恩，專心的射擊，這次他的對手，是來自蒙古國的孟虎，剛拿下國際傳統弓箭冠軍。我們的射箭國手要和他，來場現代弓和古代弓大PK。

不過孟虎這次來台，除了進行射箭交流，更要親自當面感謝，替他製弓箭的師傅。

從弓頭到弓尾，張育華解釋起細節都瞭若指掌，不過，他以前可是位美國半導體工程師。

(工程師)那不是我的興趣，越做越乏味，為什麼這麼喜歡做弓，這是在我血液裡面的，目的是要提升、恢復這個傳統，這個已經斷層的文化。

靠著興趣和使命，張育華說他會一直做下去，當看到蒙古第一勇士，用他親手做的弓拿下冠軍時，心中的成就感難以形容。

Mongolia’s top traditional archer visited Taiwan for two purposes: first, to take on a local Olympian in a contest pitting ancient versus modern equipment, and second, to meet the craftsman who made his bow. 

Olympic archer Lin Chia-en focuses on her target while her Mongolian opponent, who recently won an international competition for traditional archery, looks on. The two are engaging in a shoot off, pitting modern versus traditional bows.

Besides this archery competition, the Mongolian archer, Munkhuu, came to Taiwan to thank a master bow maker for his bow.

Chang Yu-hua explains every detail of this bow from top to bottom. Previously, this person was a semiconductor engineer for an American company.

亞職即將於11月15日開打，首先登場的就是這星期五開始，在桃園球場舉辦的亞職熱身賽，週末兄弟象的兩場比賽，也很有可能是象隊宣布轉賣後，歷史性的倒數兩場比賽。

即使面臨轉賣，兄弟象年輕球員們在這段日子，仍是風雨無阻到球場報到，總教練謝長亨，更是天天親自到場督軍。

“其實我們是扮演就是熱身，就是讓他們比較早進入狀況，或是恢復他們身手的角色，對我們來講，當然又面臨球隊這樣的狀況，心情上會比較不一樣”

週末在桃園球場的兩場有兄弟參賽的熱身賽，一萬兩千張門票秒殺賣出，雖然預定二軍選手為主，但星期六的比賽，所有象隊主力，都已經決定會出席。

捨不得幾10年回憶，象隊球迷要在兩場比賽的七局下，一起合唱兄弟象隊歌，現場發送黃色氣球，在星期六這一天，賽後更準備了一萬條黃色彩帶，讓黃潮再現。

沒買到的球迷現在還有機會，主辦單位開放能容納八千人的桃園外野，售票時間就選在明天中午。

On Friday and Saturday the Brother Elephants are scheduled to play two games against teams playing in the upcoming Asia Series. Despite these just being warm-up games, with the Brother Elephants on the selling block, tickets have been a hot item. Fans want to be present in case these turn out to be the Elephants final appearances. 

Even with the team facing a sale, young players for the Brother Elephants still report to the stadium. In the wind and rain they receive training from manager Hsieh Chang-heng.

Our role is to prepare the other teams by giving them a head start in the competition and helping them get back into playing shape. With our team facing this type of situation, our mood is definitely different.

This weekend at Taoyuan Stadium, the Brother Elephants are scheduled to play a series of warm-up games for the upcoming Asia Series. A total of 12,000 tickets for the games quickly sold out. Although bench players will mostly be used, the whole team is expected to turn out for Saturday’s game.

It’s tough to imagine that this team with 10 years of history has just two games left. It will be the last time fans can chant songs associated with the team. Yellow balloons will be released and on Saturday, after the game, 10,000 yellow ribbons will be prepared.

陸委會主委王郁琦今天針對藝人張懸在英國開唱，接過台灣留學生遞給她中華民國國旗，介紹這是來自我家鄉的國旗，卻遭到台下中國留學嗆聲「今天不談政治」的事件做出回應，表示張懸應對得體。

開心秀出中華民國國旗，這是張懸在英國曼徹斯特的小型演唱會，前排台灣留學生拿著國旗前來力挺，張懸拿起來介紹說這是家鄉的國旗，卻惹惱台下一名中國留學生，大聲嗆聲”今天不談政治”。

張懸在臉書表示，國旗不是自己帶的，秀國旗不是刻意。消息傳回台灣，陸委會主委王郁琦肯定張懸的作法。

The Mainland Affairs Council has come to the defense of a Taiwanese singer criticized for displaying the Taiwan flag. Deserts Chang unfurled a flag fans brought to a concert she gave in the United Kingdom and was quickly met with jeers from a Chinese woman in attendance. 

This is Deserts Chang, happily displaying the Taiwanese national flag during a concert at the University of Manchester. Taiwanese exchange students in the front row brought the flag, and Chang held it and said it was the flag of her home country. The seemingly innocent exchange led a Chinese exchange student to shout out that “today was not right for discussing politics.”

The person who just told me not to discuss politics probably learned this from TV or a movie. I don’t think seeing any country’s flag would make me upset.

On Facebook, Chang mentioned that she didn’t bring the flag herself or display it with a particular purpose in mind. When news of the incident reached Taiwan, the Mainland Affairs Council minister defended the singer.

I found her behavior to be rather adorable and her response to be quite appropriate. I wholeheartedly hope that young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait can increase their understanding of one another and become good friends.

In China, some people have vowed to boycott a concert Chang has scheduled for the end of the year in Beijing. Chang simply hopes that people can calm down, and if they don’t, she is willing to cancel the China show and accept responsibility for the losses.

國軍向美國採購的阿帕契直昇機，明天就要正式亮相，今天軍方人員持續在高雄港進行試飛動作，民視也獨家掌握到阿帕契直昇機的近距離畫面。

就要與國人正式見面了，阿帕契直昇機持續在高雄港進行試飛動作。

試飛前可以看見，已經噴上陸軍字樣的直昇機，上頭坐著台灣的飛官，地面則有台灣、美國的技術人員，針對射控系統以及機槍性能做測試，一切沒問題之後，才飛回台南歸仁基地。

儘管還有兩架沒有進行試飛，但兩天來測試都非常順利，軍方人員還特別集合，在直昇機前，來張大合照。

The military is getting ready to officially unveil its first batch of Apache helicopters. Today, it continued to assemble and test the new aircraft. 

Newly acquired Apache helicopters went through more test flights in Kaohsiung ahead of their official introduction to the public.

This is the scene before the flight test, with the helicopters already painted. Taiwanese pilots are aboard while local and American technicians are on the ground. Tests of the choppers’ firing systems and machine guns were undertaken, and after everything passed with no incident, they flew off to Tainan’s Guiren Base.

Two choppers in the shipment have yet to conduct flight tests, but all other tests have gone smoothly. Today soldiers took a group photo in front of the Apaches.

國民黨中常會，在今天通過由組發會提案的「總統必兼任黨主席」黨綱修正案，並決定在全代會進行追認。

馬總統強調，這樣的作法是在建立制度，但國民黨內也有人質疑，黨綱修改後，就算2014年選輸了，馬總統也不用下台負責，等於是替自己架起保護傘。

The Central Standing Committee of the KMT proposed a change to party regulations that would automatically make any KMT president party chairman. The proposal still must be ratified by the National Congress. 

President Ma Ying-jeou believes the change will help the party govern the nation. Some party members are less hopeful. They think Ma is protecting his position so he doesn’t have to resign if the KMT performs poorly in next year’s elections.

宏碁用37年的時間，站穩全球第3大的個人電腦製造商，名聲相當響亮，如今宣布虧損擴大，逼的王振堂請辭，財經專家認為，宏碁會走下坡純粹是因為3C產業太競爭也很飽合，更直言宏碁要在2014年轉虧為盈，勢必要有爆發性的創新。

Over the course of nearly four decades Acer grew into one of the largest makers of personal computers in the world. Its stunning decline over the past few years has been as sudden as the rise of mobile devices and accompanying fall of the PC industry. Analyst Allen Chu says the company needs to innovate if it hopes to turn around its fortunes. 

Last year Acer spent big bucks to hire Megan Fox as spokeswoman. Even this Hollywood star couldn’t brighten the company’s prospects.

Acer’s biggest problem isn’t personnel, it’s this industry. The technology industry requires continuous, groundbreaking innovation. Those who discover completely new ways of doing things are the most successful.

The notebook industry is suffering under the weight of the tablet industry. As revenues decline, so does Acer’s stock price. In 2010 it was close to NT$100 a share. Now it’s under NT$20. Some analysts are confident that the return of founder Stan Shih can revive the company, though others remain pessimistic.

Markets for computers and notebooks are sliding. It can’t hope for a big breakthrough in these areas. We will have to wait and see if Acer undergoes a major transformation.

Acer’s advantages have dissipated. Its thoughtful founder Stan Shih will try to help reform the company, but even he may not be enough to resurrect it.

知名食品大廠味全，混摻大統長基問題油，涉嫌詐欺消費者，晚間北檢發動搜索台北市味全總公司，重點放在味全向大統進口的油品總量和轉手價差，而屏東地檢署下午則搜索幫味全代工的頂新製油屏東廠和彰化廠，衛生單位不但發現，頂新向大統長基進貨，而且其中一款油品，根本就是大統長基的油，只是換個包裝，高價出售，估計頂新六年來，海撈1.4億。

連大廠牌「味全」也淪陷，一大早，民眾便載來整箱問題油，到頂新屏東廠退貨。
廠外員工應接不暇，廠內風暴也正在延燒。

屏東地檢署下午兵分二路，會同地方衛生局，搜查頂新位於屏東和彰化的製油工廠，查扣製造的油品與帳冊，以及向大統長基公司採購的作業流程，稽查人員同時發現，裡頭的紅色油桶，就是頂新向大統長基進貨的橄欖油，化驗後，證實品質大有問題。

這款味全「健康廚房橄欖油」，和大統長基橄欖油的脂肪酸比例相符，檢調懷疑，味全低價購買原汁大統問題油，重新換標籤，轉賣牟利，會被揭穿，是因為大統長基長基招了。

大統他向司法單位坦承說，他們有油品流向頂新。

檢方發現，頂新靠著混裝大統長基油品6年來賺進1.4億，如果頂新早已知情，就會面臨詐欺罪，罰金超過3億。

Investigators searched factories owned by the Ting Hsin International Group and the headquarters of the conglomerate’s Wei Chuan Foods Corp. They are trying to figure out exactly how much the group knew when it took inferior, mislabeled oil purchased from the Chang Chi Foodstuff Factory and blended it with its own oils labeled as high grade. 

When it emerged that a brand as large as Wei Chuan was involved in the edible oil scandal, consumers were shocked. Today many brought products to the company’s Pingtung Ting Hsin factory to seek a refund. Outside staff were busy while inside problems were growing.

Pingtung prosecutors were also busy today. They met with local health officials and traveled in groups to Ting Hsin oil-making factories in Pingtung and Changhua. Besides seizing products and documents, they inquired about procurement of Chang Chi Foodstuff Factory oil. Investigators found serious problems with oil purchased from Chang Chi that was stored in the red containers.

Fatty acid tests show that this isn’t pure olive oil as labeled.

This oil, marketed as “healthy kitchen,” has the same fatty acid content as Chang Chi’s adulterated olive oil. Investigators suspect that Ting Hsin bought cheap oil from Chang Chi, repackaged it then sold it under the Wei Chuan brand. Ting Hsin’s problems began when Chang Chi was caught selling adulterated products.

Chang Chi told legal authorities that it sold oil products to Ting Hsin.

Prosecutors believe that Ting Hsin made NT$140 million over six years by blending inferior Chang Chi oils with its own products. If Ting Hsin officials knew the Chang Chi oil was mislabeled, they could be prosecuted for fraud and fined more than NT$300 million.

手搖杯飲料隨處可見，在台灣用有龐大的市場，不過熱量問題也一直被拿來討論，台北市衛生局於是在去年輔導業者標示熱量，不過議員調查台北市8家知名的鎖飲料店，只有4家有標明。

這杯飲料有多少熱量，業者自己也一問三不知，有議員調查台北市8家知名連鎖飲料店，只有一半有標示，另外四家包括市佔率第一名的五十嵐，則是完全沒標。

市府承諾，最快今年會向中央提出修法需求，不過目前只能再輔導。

議員還進一步質疑《食品衛生管理法》，認定手搖茶飲料，屬於「散裝食品」，不必標示原料，是枉顧消費者食品安全。

Before new labeling laws are introduced a Taipei city councilor is urging beverage makers to publicize calorie and nutritional information. The councilor’s main concern is the teas and custom-made drinks that are popular among consumers and often high in sugar. 

Even the maker of this drink has no idea how many calories it packs. A city councilor who investigated eight major beverage chains in Taipei found that only half provide labels. The market leader was one of the companies that didn’t provide any information.

Today I want to make a special example of “50 Lan,” maker of the drink I hold in my hand. It’s the biggest beverage chain in Taipei, with 87 outlets in the city, but it doesn’t list nutrients, calories, or anything else.

The city government plans to recommend regulatory changes to the central government this year. Until then, it says it can only provide guidance.

We will again assist these companies in producing a label that clearly shows calorie and even nutritional content of their products.

City Councilor Rosalia Wu also cited the problematic article in the Act Governing Food Sanitation. She says custom-made beverages are classified as “bulk foods” under the law, excluding them from labeling requirements and putting consumers at risk.

台北市捷運公司打算與Hello Kitty合作，除了會賣Hello Kitty週邊商品外，也不排除打造Hello Kitty纜車，來搶更多人氣。

原因是台北貓空纜車，從民國99年復駛後，雖然有許多民眾搭乘，但因為貓纜維修費用過高，導致入不敷出，年年虧損，因此才想出此策略。

The Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation plans to sell Hello Kitty souvenirs in MRT shops. It also is considering introducing Hello Kitty themed cabins on the Maokong Gondola. 

The corporation hopes the Japanese character provides a financial boost to the gondola after the system operated in the red every year since reopening in 2010. Losses are attributed to high repair costs.

亞洲天團五月天，明年將展開成軍以來、第一次歐洲巡迴演唱，昨天五位團員在倫敦舉行記者會，包括BBC、美聯社等近兩百家國內外媒體擠爆會場，記者會還因此延遲。此外，五月天於記者會前也接受BBC的訪問，成為首位登上BBC的華人樂團。

去年啟航的五月天【諾亞方舟】巡迴演唱會，終於駛離亞洲。海外巡迴第一站，就選在天團的偶像”披頭四”的故鄉英國。

昨日這場在倫敦150年歷史的朗廷飯店舉行的記者會，透過YouTube直播時，還一度造成網路塞機，讓外媒見識到這個【亞洲披頭四】的超人氣。

Taiwanese rock band Mayday is raising its international profile ahead of an upcoming world tour. The band spoke to the BBC about its hope to become The Beatles of the Chinese-speaking world. 

Mayday’s “Noah's Ark” tour, which began last year, has finally left Asia. The first stop outside the region was England, home of The Beatles.

Yesterday in London, this 150-year old Langham London Hotel hosted a press conference which was also broadcast live on YouTube. Heavy network traffic gave foreign media some indication of the popularity of a band that has been billed the “Asian Beatles.”

Maybe you know that Mayday love The Beatles very much and have many influences by Beatles, so some of the American newspapers say that we are the Beatles in Asia. We feel very honored.

Mayday’s European tour will begin next February with a concert at Wembley Stadium, later going to 40 cities in the US, Japan and Korea.
