前高鐵董事長歐晉德閃電請辭後，航發會日前通過由期貨交易所董事長范志強，取代歐晉德董事職務，也內定出掌高鐵。

下午高鐵董事會開會確認由范志強接任董事長，他最為人稱道就是接掌復興航空董事長才1年，就終結5年虧損，交通部欽點范志強，就是看中他對金融、期貨證券、航空都很熟稔，更要借重他的財務專長，改善高鐵財務困境。

The board of directors of the Taiwan High Speed Rail has tipped Tony Fan to head the Taiwan High Speed Railway Corporation. Fan will replace Ou Chin-der, who abruptly quit last week and is now heading Sean Lien’s Taipei mayoral campaign. 

One of Fan’s greatest achievements is reversing losses at TransAsia Airways after just one year as chairman. The Ministry of Transportation believes Fan is a good fit due to his knowledge of the finance and transport industries.
