范佐憲組頭
涉嫌害死洪仲丘的上士范佐憲，月薪4萬8卻愛玩重機，開名車，現在他不只被指控在軍中放高利貸，還被簽賭公司幹部爆料，他是運動簽賭網站大組頭，不過，對於爆料，軍方說，還沒有查到具體證據。
一名綽號叫小陳的簽賭公司幹部踢爆范佐憲是運動簽賭網站的上游組頭。還透露，范佐憲每月獲利至少1、2百萬。

軍方表示，對於這樣的爆料，目前還沒有掌握。

外界還進一步點名，這間簽賭網站是堪稱國內最大運動簽賭網站的天下運動網，賭客人數超過十萬人，每天投注賭金保守估計至少10億。

The death of the corporal has cast an unwanted spotlight on staff sergeant Fan Tso-hsien. Fan earns less than NT$50,000 a month, but still has enough cash to drive a Mercedes. There is suspicion that his job in the military is a front and that he earns most his money operating a major gambling site.
Using the nickname Xiao Chen, Fan Tso-hsien is rumored to be the head of an internet sports betting website where he earns monthly profits of at least NT$1-2 million.

Is Fan Tso-hsien the head of this group? Did he gamble with other high ranking staff? Is this the reason they did not investigate?
The military said it has yet to investigate such accusations.

The gambling site Fan is said to operate is considered the largest domestic sports gambling site in Taiwan, with 100,000 betters wagering close to NT$1 billion a day.
