相較於上禮拜的濕冷，今天全台地民眾應該都明顯感受到溫暖的陽光。氣象局說，今明兩天高溫可以上看28度，但周三又有寒流、鋒面雙重發威，低溫再度下探十度，一直濕冷到周五，溫差快廿度。
燦爛的太陽高高掛，很多民眾熱到把薄外套掛在手上；即使穿長袖，袖子往往也都捲起來；甚至還有人短袖都穿上身，乍看還以為夏天到了！
濕冷一整個禮拜終於曬到陽光，不過天氣在週三急凍，低溫摔到十度左右，一路冷到週六。

“明天上午還可以維持相當好的天氣，但明天下午鋒面越晚就越來越接近，全台特別是在中部以北，明天都會逐漸轉變成，比較有劇烈陣雨的天氣，接著就是寒流的南下，週三濕冷，到了週四週五就會轉成，比較偏乾冷的天氣”
而水氣旺盛連續幾天濕冷的天氣終於在今天放晴，高山積雪的景象，在平地也能欣賞的到，花蓮壽豐鄉木瓜溪橋就聚集不少民眾，大家被奇萊山頂白雪皚皚的景象吸引住，紛紛駐足捕捉難得美景。
The Central Weather Bureau predicts that the warm weather felt today will only last until Wednesday. An approaching front then will bring back the cooler, wet weather that Taiwan experienced for most of last week.
As the sun shone brightly over Taiwan today, people shed their jackets and rolled up their sleeves. Many began wearing outfits normally reserved for summer. These Taipei residents seemed pleased.
After a week of cold and wet, conditions have improved dramatically. But the warmer weather won’t last. On Wednesday, lows in some regions will fall to about 10 degrees. The cold spell will stay until Saturday.

Tomorrow morning the weather will remain good, but starting from the afternoon tomorrow, another front will approach. All of Taiwan, especially central areas to the north, will begin to see strong scattered showers. Later, the southward movement of a cold surge will lead to cool, wet conditions on Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday it will remain cool but turn drier.
Conditions last week left snow accumulation in many mountainous areas. In some low-lying regions, the snow can even be seen from afar. Today a crowd gathered in Shoufeng Township, Hualien to admire the snowcapped Chilai Mountain.
