橋斷上班日

上週六基隆市中山橋人行陸橋塌陷，今天是事故後的第一個上班日。

雖然市府在汽機車行走的橋面，用護欄隔出通道，讓民眾通行，但因天雨通道積水，民眾被迫繞路，得跟汽機車爭道險象環生。市府決定將花5百萬元，以3個月時間建構鋼型便橋因應。

Today was the first day of work after the collapse of a pedestrian overpass in Keelung. 

The city closed the remaining sections of the overpass, sending pedestrians into an adjacent roadway where barricades created a separate lane. But rain flooded the lane, forcing the pedestrians into a traffic-filled road. Relief may not arrive for another three months when a NT$5 million temporary steel bridge is complete.
