部長級誰談
中斷了六年的南北韓高層會談，後天終於要在首爾登場。雙方昨天先派出代表，敲定會談的細節，只是經過幾輪磋商，兩韓對於出席人選和會談議題，還是有歧見，接下來還要由板門店的連絡官、繼續協商。
在板門店和平之家這場工作會，經過十七小時、數輪的磋商，在十號凌晨結束。雙方確定12日首爾登場的會議，正式定名為【南北韓當局會談】。

“我們同意首爾的南北會談，從2013年6月12到13日舉行”
南韓先前已經透露、將由統一部長柳吉在擔任首席代表，並表達希望北朝鮮派出相同層級的統一戰線部長金養建出席，但北朝鮮並沒有表態。對於會談議題，兩邊也僵持不下。

“開城工業區正常化，金剛山旅遊重啟，和離散家庭團聚等人道議題，都將在會談中討論”
北朝鮮希望在上述議題之外，再討論兩韓合辦六一五共同宣言的紀念活動，但遭到南韓反對。至於南韓想談的核議題，可能也不會列入這次會談的重點。
High-level government officials from North, South Korea to meet on Wednesday (2013/06/10)
The two Koreas will engage in their highest-level talks in five years starting Wednesday. Discussion will center on reopening a joint industrial complex on the north side of the border.
Several rounds of negotiations spread over 17 hours at Freedom House, on the South Korean side of Panmunjom, ended early Monday morning. The two sides agreed to hold official talks beginning Wednesday.

We agreed to the talks between North and South Korea, to take place in Seoul on June 12 and 13, 2013.
South Korea had requested that its unification minister, Ryoo Kihl Jae, meet with the director of the North Korean United Front, Kim Yang Gon. But the north would not reveal its chief representative. They were able to agree, however, on parts of an agenda.

On the table for discussions are restoring normal operations at the Kaesong industrial complex, restarting the Mt. Kumgang tours, and resuming cross-border family reunions.
North Korea had wanted to commemorate the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration, which led to meetings between separated family members, but the South declined. It’s unclear if the two sides will discuss North Korea’s nuclear ambitions.
