炸彈客移審
在高鐵列車、立委盧嘉辰服務處，放置行李箱炸彈的胡宗賢與朱亞東，昨天被依殺人未遂等五項罪名起訴，而檢警偵辦過程中發現，他這次以山西關聖帝君繞境活動為放置炸彈的路線，是針對鴻海董事長郭台銘而來，全案起訴移審後，新北地院裁定兩名嫌犯繼續羈押。
涉嫌放炸彈遭起訴，胡宗賢和共犯朱亞東在移審途中，不發一語。
記者追問胡宗賢與鴻海董事長郭台銘的關係，就是檢方發現他當時放行李箱汽油炸彈時選定山西關聖帝君繞境活動路線，就是為了要打擊郭台銘，甚至台積電的張忠謀，也是未來攻擊的對象。
羈押庭上，胡宗賢以罹患憂鬱症三十年為由，希望別再關了。

但法官不予理會，裁定他跟朱亞東繼續羈押禁見。
Court denies bails for pair accused of trying to blow up bullet train (2013/06/07)
The New Taipei District Court has ruled that the men accused of planting bombs on a bullet train and outside a legislator’s office must remain in detention as they await trial. The lead suspect had argued that his depression should warrant bail but the court disagreed.
Suspect Hu Tsung-hsien and his accomplice Chu Ya-tung had nothing to say to reporters before their detention hearing.
Questions focused on Hu’s relationship with Hon Hai Chariman Terry Gou. Earlier this year Gou commissioned the visit of a famed Shanxi Lord Guan statue to Taiwan. Prosecutors believe the suitcase bombers targeted the route this god took as a way of getting back at Gou over a disagreement. They also believe the pair planned a similar attack on Acer Chairman Morris Chang.
Despite the severity of the accusations against him, Hu argued that he should receive bail. His reasoning was that he has suffered from depression for the past three decades.

The court was unmoved. It ruled that Hu and Chu should remain in detention.
