檢討合宜宅

前桃園縣副縣長葉世文收賄案爆發後，內政部決定未來不再推合宜宅。前內政部長李鴻源說，他在任時就對合宜住宅抑制房價的功能有疑慮，當時就決定暫緩執行，淡大經濟系教授莊孟翰則質疑，政府土地政策不完善，停建合宜宅，無法「安民心」。

Interior Ministry decides to stop public housing projects for now (2014/06/02)

Following Far Glory’s bribery allegations, the Ministry of the Interior decided to temporarily suspend future affordable public housing projects. The news follows former Interior Minister Lee Hong-yuan’s decision not to promote such projects in the past as he felt they couldn’t slow rising property prices.
