蔡瑞月舞蹈
第八屆蔡瑞月舞蹈節，今天登場，今年也首度以人權為主題，除了重現蔡瑞月在白色恐怖期間，創作的舞碼，還演出了美國人權舞蹈家Eleo Pomare的作品” morning without sunrise”。

在剛結束的WTA年終總決賽拿下雙打冠軍的網球選手謝淑薇昨天返國，今天在記者會上表達明年代表中華隊參加韓國仁川亞運的強烈意願，她也希望在達到雙打世界第一後，從明年四月份開始，增加自己單打的賽事，讓自己的單打排名也能再創生涯新高。
Dance Festival
The eighth Tsai Jui-yueh Dance Festival is underway. For the first time, the event features the theme of human rights portrayed through dance productions Tsai created during the White Terror era. The festival also presented “Morning Without Sunrise” by the late American choreographer Eleo Pomare, whose works are known for a commitment to social activism.
Taiwan Tennis Star
Tennis star Hsieh Su-wei held a press conference today, one day after returning from the season-ending TEB BNP Paribas WTA Championships, where she took the women’s doubles title. Hsieh expressed her desire to play for Taiwan at Korea’s Incheon Asian Games next year. She also mentioned a pair of goals: first, to become the world’s top-ranked women’s doubles player, and then to start playing in more singles competitions to reach a new career high in the singles rankings.
